A tool, not a fixture
The tray weighs 1.5 lb and clips on and off in seconds. Use it for a day of sales calls, job sites or deliveries, then pop it off and keep it wherever you like: the back seat, the trunk, the house. You never give up the seat.
What it does
- Keeps everything level and in place. Car seats slant back; the tray sits flat, so samples, tools, paperwork, coffee carriers and take-out ride upright and organized.
- Holds your drinks. Two drop-in cup and mug holders on the tray, plus the Xspander for your car's own cup holder, so big tumblers and bottles have a place even in older cars.

Yes, the Stupid Car Tray is designed as a universal passenger seat organizer. It features a leveling mechanism that allows it to sit flat on almost any uneven bucket seat or bench seat. It works perfectly in pickup trucks (F-150, Silverado, Tacoma), SUVs, vans, and compact cars.
The tray uses a Quick-Release Seat Anchor that slides between the seat cushions to lock the tray in place. This prevents the tray from sliding forward during braking or sudden stops. It also includes non-slip rubber feet to grip the upholstery.

First off EVERY FOOD DELIVERY DRIVER needs this item. I have used my front seat more in the last week than I have in 3 years of driving. The tray itself with the mat and Velcro straps are Awesome. Here is my reasoning for 4 Stars. About 3 things if added would have made 5 stars for sure.
1. The legs were too short for the incline in my seat. I had to add about 2 inches for the tray to be level. ( used a thick one inch cardboard doubled) If you guys could create some type of 2 inche adapters to place onto the existing feet and offer them separately or. with the ultimate package that would be great. I have photos if you would too see.
2. Offer the choice to customers on drink holders in your Ultimate set. I didn’t need the coffee cup holder in my line of work 2 cup holders is what I would prefer. ( bought one 👍)
3. The drink holders are great for huge drinks like Route 44’s from Sonic, but for regular size drinks they flop around. My suggestion is offer a foam insert to go inside the drink holder. They do make them a hole already where the small end of the cup can fit in, it can be removable.

This is sooo dang handy. I bought it for my pink 1965 VW Beetle. It fits perfect and I have storage space and a cup holder now. I’m thinking about getting one for my hubbys 1931 Ford Model A car too. No cup holders or storage in there either!

I was skeptical when I saw the ad for this product on social media. After some research, I decided to give it a shot. Best purchase I’ve made in a while! I work in recruitment, so I spend a fair amount of time on the road and working from the car. This has made it so much easier to do so.
Solid construction with quality materials. Definitely get the bundle which includes the two drink holders, cargo straps, and grip mat. The quick release seat anchor also works perfectly. I used the tray to bring home my daughter’s birthday cake a few days ago with full confidence.

One of those things you never knew you needed. Instead of looking like a jumbled mess and having to fumble aimlessly, all my road snacks and driving accessories are neatly organized and readily at hand. Bonus: the large cupholder is perfect for a pint of ice cream.

It's a nice way to add a flat surface for placing objects (like pizzas) that you want to keep level. The only addition I can think of are removable walls to keep objects (like cellphones) from sliding off on Mannix type turns... I've just been dated...damn... 😁. The grip pad does help in this scenario, I concede. Anyway, just putting it out there.

I’m a pharma sales rep for a living and have to often transport coffee, drinks, snacks, etc to my offices and the stupid car tray has been amazing for me! The Stupid Car Tray is a mini-table with two legs on one end, that will level the seat next to you and add small storage and non-slip features. It can also be used as a lap table for passengers.
You simply place the Stupid Car Tray on the seat (legs towards the back). You can also install straps that will both secure the tray to the seat via the seatbelt, and secure items to the top of the tray.
